Processing and Shipping Time
Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing and shipping. Most orders ship sooner. Production time may vary for custom, framed, or special order items.
Shipping Carriers and Delivery
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and include tracking and insurance. Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value shipments. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed once the order has shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and being available to receive and sign for the package if required.
If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or the recipient not being available to sign, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, reshipment costs, and any additional carrier fees incurred.
Damaged Shipments
All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@fabionapoleonigallery.com.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are not controlled by Fabio Napoleoni Gallery.
Shipping Liability
Once a shipment is delivered and confirmed by the carrier, Fabio Napoleoni Gallery is not responsible for loss or theft.
Returns
Returns are handled on a case by case basis. All approved returns incur a 10% processing fee. Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@fabionapoleonigallery.com. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation, as the gallery is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less the 10% processing fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.
Cancellations
Canceled orders incur a 10% processing fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@fabionapoleonigallery.com.
Exchanges
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Approved exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking and processing fee. Exchanges or store credit may be offered upon approval. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance and may be applied toward future purchases at the current listed price at the time of redemption. Store credit has no cash value. If used toward an item of lesser value, the remaining balance will remain on file and may be used toward future purchases within the one year validity period.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund: commissioned artwork, Original artwork, Sale or clearance items, personalized items, Custom framed items, Special order items
